1. Project Background

To solve peak-season accommodation shortages, the client required four luxury suites. Traditional construction was impossible due to ecological protection restrictions, rugged cliff terrain and long permit cycles. Same Homy delivered customized modular units within a 45-day tight schedule.

 
2. Core Site Challenges

The Caribbean coastal site faced three severe challenges: C5-M marine salt corrosion, Category 5 hurricane resistance (250km/h max wind speed), and 35°C extreme tropical heat leading to high energy consumption.

 
3. Customized Technical Upgrades

We launched targeted coastal upgrades for durability and comfort:

Marine anti-corrosion structure: Thickened hot-dip galvanized frame + three-layer fluorocarbon coating and full 316 stainless steel fittings for long-term salt corrosion resistance.

High-performance insulation: 75mm rock wool stabilizes indoor temperature at 22°C, saving energy while providing excellent sound insulation.

Eco stilt foundation: Adjustable steel pillars adapt to uneven cliffs. Concrete-free construction protects local ecology and simplifies approval procedures.

 
4. Fast Deployment

Four units were prefabricated and containerized in 30 days. Featuring 90% pre-installation, each suite was installed in only 110 minutes. The project was completed before peak season with zero ecological impact.
