For hot deserts and high-temperature plateau areas, customized PU thermal insulation is a must base on your local maximum temperature. We install thickened PU insulation on all walls and roofs, paired with matching air conditioners to keep your house cool in hot summers. For areas with strong direct sunlight, wall panels are equipped with over 50mm PU insulation, while roofs use 75mm PU material or high-density insulation above 50 kg/m³. This reinforced roof insulation effectively blocks intense solar heat, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature under extreme hot weather.

Cold Area Solution-Minus Zero & Snowy

Living in cold and snowy areas? We upgrade professional PU insulation materials based on your local minimum temperature. PU is a high-performance insulation material widely used in cold storage, which perfectly blocks outdoor cold air. We use 75mm thick PU insulation with a density over 50 kg/m³ to handle extreme cold weather, plus pre-installed indoor heating systems to keep your home warm all winter. For heavy snow areas, we strengthen the whole house structure: main steel frames are thickened above 5mm, or we adopt 355MPa high-strength steel, greatly improving snow resistance and overall structural stability.

Coastal Area Solution-Humidity & Salty 

Coastal areas feature high humidity and heavy salt fog, which easily corrode steel buildings. We provide professional full-scale moisture-proof and anti-corrosion upgrades for coastal environments. We use high-density waterproof boards and advanced anti-corrosion treatments on the entire house frame, wall panels and base, with full-house sealing technology to keep moisture and salt fog out. For high-salinity coastal regions, we adopt thickened galvanized steel pipes, anti-rust primer and anti-corrosion spray coating for all steel structures. We also reinforce weak parts like chassis, screw joints and splicing gaps to completely avoid rust, dampness and mildew, keeping your house durable for long-term coastal use.

Besides full waterproof and mildew-proof treatment, we equip standard high-density anti-mosquito screens, ventilation insect nets and full-house sealing strips. Our houses adopt high-strength enclosed structures and thickened wall boards, with full sealing treatment on all walls, roofs and splicing gaps to block wind and fine dust. For extreme windy and sandy environments, we upgrade full-house high-density sealing strips to seal all gaps tightly, and reinforce the whole steel frame for better wind and pressure resistance.
