A 40 ft expandable container house gives a farm or a seasonal project one building that does three jobs at once: a lockable store, a working office, and a rest space with a wet area. It ships folded at 11,800 × 2,200 × 2,480 mm, unfolds to 72 m² of covered area, and refolds when the work moves to the next field or the next season.

    Product Description

A 40 ft expandable container house is a prefabricated steel-frame module with two folding side wings.

The frame is hot-dip galvanized, the wings carry the same insulated panels as the fixed core, and the electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing runs, and interior finishes are completed in the factory. Folded for transport, the module measures 11,800 *2,200 *2,480 mm; expanded on site it measures 11,800 * 6,200 *2,480 mm.

    Product features

    ● One Module. Three Essential Farm Spaces

What they need is one practical, secure space that can be used for storage, office work, and staff rest — and moved to another location when the season is over.

This modular farm building combines all three functions in one flexible unit.

    ● Built to Move With the Season

For a seasonal farm, a building needs to do more than provide a permanent workspace. It also needs to be easy to move.

    ● Power Where the Grid Doesn't Reach

Many farms are located far from existing utility networks.

Instead of relying entirely on a power meter or grid connection, the module can be configured with its own power supply.

    1
    1. Can one module serve as a store, an office, and crew rest space at the same time?
Yes, and the split is decided before production. Partition positions for the store, office, and rest space are set on the drawing and locked at drawing approval.
    2
    2. Can the module operate without a grid connection?
Yes. Solar and battery storage are available as a factory option and connect to the module's own distribution box, breakers, leakage protection, and lighting circuits.
    3
    3. Can it pay for itself in the off-season?
Many owners do exactly that — the bunkhouse becomes a farm-stay rental, or the crew unit turns into a farm office or storage building once the season ends. The layout is worth planning around that dual use from the start; tell us both jobs and we'll configure it accordingly.
    4
    4. How long does delivery take, and what are the terms?
Production for standard configurations is about 30–45 working days , plus ocean transit that runs roughly 30–60 days to North America and Europe depending on the route (reference). Terms are 30% with the order and 70% before shipment; FOB, CIF, and DDP are all available.
