30ft Expandable Container House For Staff Housing And Work Camps

The 30ft expandable container house takes the same easy setup as the 20ft model and adds enough floor area to house a full crew in one module — or to give your camp the canteen, office, and recreation space that keeps people willing to stay.

    Product Description

Container staff accommodation is workforce housing built from factory-finished modules and delivered to sites that need beds quickly — construction projects, factory campuses, and project camps where people live close to the work.

The 30ft expandable version adds length as well as width: expanded, it delivers roughly 560–600 sq ft , which is enough for a full dormitory with proper walkways, or for the shared buildings a camp needs — canteen, office, training or recreation room. Everything is installed before shipping: insulated walls, windows, wiring, lighting, plumbing, and finished interiors. On site, the unit sits on a level pad, expands in hours, and connects to services; because it's a relocatable module rather than permanent construction, the camp follows your projects instead of stopping at one site.

    1
    1. Can we move the units to the next project?
Yes. The modules are built for repeated handling — fold, lift, transport, re-expand (reference). Many contractors treat the camp as a relocatable asset that follows the project pipeline rather than a one-site expense.
    2
    2. Are the rooms comfortable for long-term stays?
Insulated steel-faced panels in 50–75 mm (reference) with rock wool or polyurethane cores keep interiors stable through hot and cold weather, and heating or air conditioning can be fitted. Dust sealing and wind-rated windows are available for exposed sites. On long projects, better accommodation is also what keeps crews from leaving.
    3
    3. Can the units run off-grid?
Yes. Solar with battery storage, water supply solutions, and appropriate toilet systems allow grid-free operation, and we size the system around your site's sun exposure and expected occupancy.
    4
    4. What exterior finishes work in natural settings?
Wood-grain, deep charcoal, and camouflage cladding are designed for forest, coastal, and mountain sites. Decks, porch roofs, and planting soften the unit further, and cladding tones can be matched to your brand palette.
    5
    5. Does the unit come furnished?
The standard package includes the finished structure, bathroom, kitchenette area, lighting, and wiring. Add the furniture package for a guest-ready unit, or specify your own bed, linen, and soft-goods standards and we'll build the fit-out around them.
