Product Description

A double-wing expandable container house is a prefabricated building whose two long walls fold inward for transport and swing outward on site, supported by hinged floor and roof panels that lock into the main frame. The mechanism is what separates an expandable house from a flat-pack container house, which ships disassembled and is bolted together on site, and from a folding container house, which collapses vertically but does not change its width.

The 40ft model is commonly ordered with a terrace because the folded structure already provides the mounting points for it.
