A 30ft expandable resort unit is a prefabricated building on a 30-foot (9.1 m) frame with fold-out side sections, delivered to your site as one transportable module.

Expanded, it delivers roughly 560–600 sq ft (reference) of finished interior — enough for two separate bedrooms and a lounge, or for the guest-facing spaces that make a site feel like a destination rather than a row of cabins. Like every expandable unit, it's completed in the factory: insulated walls, glazing, bathroom, wiring, lighting, and finishes are all installed before shipping.
