Our Permanent Housing is durable modular residential building designed for long-term occupancy, and permanent support housing adopts heavy steel frame and high-performance insulated enclosure system to meet permanent housing standards. Different from temporary container units, permanent homes can serve as a long-lifespan residential building with stable thermal insulation, sound insulation and weather resistance. Multi-layer layout is available, with complete interior partition, kitchen, bathroom and living area design. We customize wall material, window system, roof structure to adapt local climate, wind and snow load requirements. All structural components are prefabricated and pre-treated for anti-corrosion, installed by bolting without complicated wet construction. Widely used for countryside houses, suburban residences and remote permanent settlement projects.
